Kristen McDougal serves as the Director of Communication and Outreach for The Ann Children’s Fund, bringing both her professional expertise and a deeply personal passion to the role. As an adoptive mother of children with their own unique medical needs, Kristen understands firsthand the challenges families can face —and the life-changing difference that support can make!

Kristen is dedicated to building meaningful connections between the organization and its generous community of supporters. She believes every story matters, and every donor plays a role in writing a better future for medically fragile children. Every donation, no matter the size, provides HOPE for families navigating mountains of bills, paperwork, hospital stays, or various therapies… and hope is priceless!

Kristen’s blend of personal experience and professional dedication fuels her tireless advocacy. She is committed to advancing the Fund’s mission of hope, healing, and family empowerment through powerful storytelling, outreach, and partnership. She says that every donor who supports Ann Children’s Fund helps families like hers feel seen, supported, and loved. She considers it a blessing to be able to connect with Ann Fund Families and donors alike.

Kristen and her husband John live in Southwest Florida along with their pride and joy, Macie and Charlie.
